A friend writes, "Some years ago I noticed I found myself regularly scared...of death and of dying. Daily, I would wonder: is this the day? And I noticed what was missing was--strange to say--a future about my death, that I could LIVE into. So I created a context called, "living a healthy life until at least age 95." Cool. Recently, I wondered further: when is that? Or, more accurately, how long is that, really? So, with a quick computation on the website timeanddate.com, I calculated this website countdown clock, that tells me how long, or short that really is. Sobering.

Interesting. I've assured him he doesn't really want to last until he's 95 unless he plans for health in body AND mind. One without the other is a form of hell. Shoot me.
Still, you might want to check out those websites if you want to see what you have left on your clock.
